the logo you provide, where they can sign up and pay
for advertisements that will appear on the host site.
(2) It automatically delivers the advertisements that
were purchased by the specified Host's advertisers.

Q:
What is a Default Advertiser Account?
A: When a new Hosting account
is created, the Default Advertiser Account is automatically
created for that Host. We provide this account so
that the Host can create text ads (Free), by
using our advertiser interface, to run on their sites
the same way as their future advertisers will create
their text ads. The only difference is that when the
host uses the Default Advertiser Account to purchase
text ads on their site they will not need to provide
credit card information. All they will need to do
is create all the campaigns, groups, and text ads
they want, proceed to the check out area, and process
the dummy payment. They will be presented with a page
detailing the amount a normal advertiser's credit
card would have be deducted. Finally, the Host need
only log back in to their Hosting account and approve
or decline the new text ads as if they were created
by any other advertiser.

Q:
My site does not get many hits, can I still join?
A: Yes, One Monkey does
not require its hosts to provide a minimum number
of impressions per month. Any web presence can become
a host and start selling text ads on their site. At
One Monkey we recognizes that narrowly targeted sites
(ones with very specific topics and therefore limited
viewer ship) may be more attractive to some advertisers
who want to reach your audience. Our accrual policy
means we will send your monthly commission check out
after your earnings total $50 or more.

Q:
What changes do I need to make to my Web Site?
A: It's simple and easy,
once you fill out the login information form you will
see a link to View Code Snippet. Just highlight the
text, copy it, and past it into each page you would
like to advertise on. For best results, we suggest
you put the HTML snippet at or near the top of your
page. That's it. When a user visits your site, the
Ad banner is sent directly from One Monkey's text
ad server to the user. NOTE: The ad snippet must be
hard coded into your site -- we do not allow redirects
from other ad servers or internal banner rotators
-- such systems cause problems for tracking, scheduling,
and verification so there are not permitted.

Q:
Can I have other ads on my Web Site?
A: Yes! but it is probably
in your best interest to keep the text ads delivered
by One Monkey above the fold (I.e., the portion of
your page that shows up without scrolling). That way
more potential advertisers and potential consumers
see the ads. This will entice more advertisers to
purchase text ads on your site and it will result
in a higher click through rate which will increase
your revenue.

Q:
How much money will I make?
A: One Monkey pays you 80% commission of the net ad
revenue we collect. Since you decide the minimum prices
of your campaigns it is up to you and your visitors.
Once you are a host you can sell both CPC (at no less
than $0.05 per click), and CPM (at no less than $2
- Cost per Thousand Impressions - these rates are
subject to change).
Also note: The more advertisers
you are able to attract to purchase advertising on
your site the more paid ads you will be able to deliver
for every page view. This will result in a higher
profit margin for the same number of page views because
we share the actual profits with you. It is our opinion
that this system is the most fair and equitable arrangement.
So, while we cannot guarantee a specific amount of
money you'll earn, you will definitely receive your
commission for all paid ads your site displays. How
much will you make? The bottom line is, the more advertisers
you attract and the more visitors your site gets,
the more money you will receive.

Q:
How many text ads can I put on my site?
A: You can have up to 10
text ads per code snippet on each page of your site
that has actual content on it - that means any page
with useful information. We leave it up to you to
determine where best to sell advertising space because
ultimately it is in your best interest to place your
advertising in the most visible and frequently visited
space possible. This is another advantage to text
ads -- they are highly visible without being intrusive.
You will find that greater visibility will actually
help you maximize the number of paid impressions per
site. A better performing ad means the advertiser
will be more likely to renew or buy even more ads
on your site, which is good for everyone. Since advertisers
do not like poorly performing sites (which can sometimes
caused by sites that place ads on pages where multiple
views of the same ad by the same user are common),
we increase the ratio of unique views by placing text
ads only on pages of your site where active, interested
potential customers are viewing related content. The
best place for the ads is on your most often visited
pages. But again, we leave it up to you to determine
the best place to put them.

Q:
Can I control who advertises on my Web site?
A: Yes. One Monkey gives
you complete authority over what ads appear on your
site. Every time an advertiser creates an ad to be
displayed on your site, you will have to approve it
before it enters the delivery rotation for your site.

Q:
Does One Monkey track usage of my Web Site?
A: Yes. One Monkey's records
contain information, such as, which ads users saw,
which ads they clicked on, number of page views, and
what time these events happened. All of this information
is used for reporting purposes to help you track your
advertising activity on your Web site and to help
One Monkey improve targeted advertising. Additional
information on the users' host machine and their browser
type is stored for auditing purposes. No information
is ever sold.
